Arrested October 17, 2007
Steven Solyom, 42, was intercepted by the Saint-Eustache police at around 10:30 a.m. on October 17, 2007, while on a bicycle at the corner of Treising and Brodeur streets in Saint-Eustache. He had been wanted since 2004 for escape from lawful custody. His whereabouts were traced through a tip from the public. Solyom appeared yesterday at the Laval courthouse and is currently at the Leclerc detention centre in Laval.
