Quebec's 10 Most Wanted Criminals

Marvin "Casper" Ouimet, one of Québec's ten most wanted criminals and president of the Hells Angels Trois-Rivières chapter, was arrested on November 1 in Montréal. Investigators from the Trois-Rivières joint regional squad arrested him late in the afternoon as he was getting into a taxi. Ouimet was alone and did not resist arrest.

A warrant for his arrest was issued on April 15, 2009, as part of Operation SharQc, which targeted the Hells Angels in Québec. He now faces 29 charges of murder, conspiracy and gangsterism. He had also been sought by the Sûreté du Québec for a year under Operation Diligence, regarding a series of financial crimes.
